The Will, said to have been written by the late Ohaneze Ndigbo President- General, Chief Engr. Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu when he was alive, has been made public, a year after his death.
In the Will released some days ago, the late Ohaneze Ndigbo PG, through his Will Administrator, Chief Chukwuma Ekomaru, SAN, considered all factors to ensure that his wealth gets to his family.
This medium gathered, from a reliable source, that Iwuanyanwu allotted his residence at Port- Harcourt road, Owerri to the wife, Lolo Frances as he called it “Legacy House”.
Investigation revealed that the deceased Ahaejiejemba Ndigbo insisted that the Legacy House must not be sold.
Lolo Frances also got the Magil Furniture that was owned by Iwuanyanwu’s late first wife, Eudora.
She also got shares of Iwuanyanwu’s properties at various locations including Orji, Works Layout and Naze, all in Owerri.

official house in Abuja, while the Iwuanyanwyu Nationale proprietor’s London House is to be sold with 60% of the money earmarked for the education of the last son, 30% allotted to Jide, his first son, while 10 accruing from the proceeds goes to Ezinne who is said to be occupying the place to enable her get a new accommodation.
The Glass House, at the Orji flyover was kept for public trust with board of directors to manage it for charity.
Similarly, the other houses and properties in Abuja, Imo, and elsewhere were Willed to the five children who were all smiles, commending their father for being a man of honour, integrity and compassionate.
It was gathered that there were 15 properties Iwuanyanwu could not Will as he was said to be reluctant to pen his signature on the document, perhaps, due to the sudden sickness that “struck” and killed him.
The late Ohaneze PG was also said to have laid a strong emphasis that his wife, Lolo Frances would forfeit all the properties Willed to her if she remarries.
Efforts made to reach the wife and children proved abortive at the time of filing this report.
