During the past administration of former governor Okorocha, Chief Sir Jude Ejiogu was described by Rochas as “Engine room of the Imo State government”. This description purely indicated that the personality I’m talking about is really a round peg in a round hole when it comes to leadership position.

A man with a vast experience in the banking sector, Sir Jude Ejiogu is a type of human genus every Imo person has a high regard for. A God – fearing, committed, and dedicated leader.

According to Emmanuel Kent, in his book,  “You never know what enough is, until you know what is more than enough”, Ejiogu, a former Chief of Staff and Commissioner for Special Duties,  is indeed, a replica of this quote.

As a competent servant-leader, it is noteworthy to say that little did Ndimo knew Sir Jude Ejiogu’s illuminating traits than, Okorocha identified leadership qualities inherent in him, hence the Emekuku- born technocrat continued to be elevated from one sensitive position to the other with a view to bringing a result-oriented programmes in any portfolio he was entrusted with.

From Special Adviser on Internally General Revenue to Chairman, Board of Internal Revenue; as well as Boss, Local Government Service Commission, he was a source of inspiration, motivation, inspiring young leaders.

Sir Jude Ejiogu is a dependable leader,  A very disciplined  and conscientious man who has been pursuing whatever cause he believes in with courage.

He was an appointee with  humility, modesty and charisma. Sir Jude Ejiogu’s record in the banking industry remains clean in all ramifications, No wonder many described him as “an incarnate of favour”,  symbolizing his easy ability to make the impossible to become possible in a short time. He has also contributed greatly to the advancement of good governance.

It is very clear to those that know him that Nda Jude demonstrated outstanding capacity to build bridges of unity and understanding amongst Orlu, Okigwe and Owerri zones of the state. In the area of human capacity building, he had made private and official contacts that aided youths and women to be empowered through skill acquisition, scholarships and other donations.

The bridge builder,  Sir Jude Ejiogu contributed towards ensuring the completion of all projects embarked upon by the administration under which he worked. Infact, One thing every aspiring leader should be happy to gain in life is to acquire the civilized quality of Sir Jude Ejiogu whose elements of personality has continued to endeared him to people of walks of life.

In those days, Chief Ejiogu’s appointment  heralded state wide applause particularly from the grassroots and political enthusiasts who had followed his unequalled contributions when he was also given the opportunity to serve in those capacities.

Ejiogu is a gift to mankind and an exceptional human being that is worthy of emulation. No wonder his track record in the public service is clean. He impacted on lives all the years he held positions. As a peaceful and calm man, he preached peaceful coexistence, unity of purpose and love among Imo communities at various fora.
