Bethel Court Estate, Owerri Is affordable, Has all facilities – Igbo

The Managing Director of Bethel Court Estate, Owerri, Mr. Michael Igbo, has strongly stated that the area is affordable, and has all the facilities needed in an estate.
The MD stated this while conducting journalists round the estate in Agbala, Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State, yesterday.
He noted, that the Estate offers a perfect environment for family luxury living, with tastefully planned layout, which according to him, made a provision for modern facilities where one can experience comfort.
“We have access controlled security Network and other world-class facilities such as, School, hospital, hotel, church, pool, underground electricity,
Club House/Recreational Area, Paved Roads, Perimeter fence, street lights,
24 hours Police and Civil security patrol, and others”, he said.
The Developer also noted, that it’s a 6,000 square meters which is about ten (10) plots of land.
“It’s a low-density estate where we want to reduce the number of inhabitants. That is the reason we are not allowing the concept of “Flats”, but planned it as one plot, one family”, Igbo said.
In an interview with the media, the member representating Mbaitoli State constituency in the Imo House of Assembly, Hon. Innocent Ikpamezie who visited the area, told journalists that they also have same Estate at Mbaitoli, Ngor- Okpala Local Government Areas, and other parts of the State.
“We are helping the Imo Governor, Distinguished Sen. Hope Uzodimma to make the State a comfortable place to live in. Anywhere you are, start coming home for development. Our Governor needs our State developed”, he noted.
